A good diet and regular exercise are two keys for a long and healthy life:
- If you don't do exercise, all you want to do is to play videogames and watch T.V. the 24 hours of the day.
- If you don`t eat healthily every day, you`ll get fat eating junk food.
Always to sleep well is a good way to be fit.
You can have a routine day, and you can get on diet. You should sleep minimum 8 to 11 hours.
If you don't do all of this, you'll be a Fat ill-humored person.
In other words, to get fit is important for your health and your body. Never forget! Personal Fitness
Presently, do you exercise on a regular basis? If yes, describe the exercise routine: Yes. I walk every Sunday to my park, I do Tae-Kwon-Do Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and I do Ping-Pong Tuesday and Thursday
How many days per week do you exercise? I do exercise every week (7 days a week).
How many minutes each day? I do exercise 90 minutes Monday, Friday and Sunday. Tuesdays and Thursdays I do exercise 70 minutes. I do exercise 170 minutes on Wednesday (80 minutes in the morning, 90 minutes in the afternoon), because this day I have Phisical Education and Tae-Kwon-Do.
What exercises do you most enjoy? I enjoy Tae-Kwon-Do and Ping-Pong.
What exercises do you least enjoy? I don`t enjoy football.
Do you watch TV/ play video games or stay on the computer for more than two hours per day? Only Saturdays and Sundays, I do that about 2 hours and a half.

How would you describe your daily nutritional habits? Unhealthy? Erratic? Healthy? Healthy.
How often do you eat fruit and vegetables? I eat fruits and vegetables three times per day.
How often do you eat at fast food restaurants? I eat fast food restaurants some Sunday.
List any medications you take on a regular basis. Include vitamins and supplements. I don`t have any medications I take on a regular basis. The vitamins and supplements that I eat are in the dairy food that I eat.
